Return & Refund Policy

Return Process
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received. Items must be free of body odor, fragrance, pet hair, and lint. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase—after that, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. Accessories are not eligible for return.

Please hold onto your tracking number for your records.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you a confirmation email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. As long as the item meets the return requirements, there shouldn’t be an issue.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
