Shipping Time
We’re working hard to fulfill your order! Our goal is to process and ship it within 24 to 48 hours, though it may take up to two weeks in RARE Cases. Once shipped, U.S. orders are typically delivered by USPS within 2-5 business days.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Motion Focused cannot be held responsible for packages undelivered due to incorrect information provided by customers. If a package is returned to us, customers are responsible for additional shipping fees. We cannot issue refunds or replacements for misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.
If you catch an error after placing your order, contact us immediately so we can update the shipping info before it’s sent out.
Delayed or Lost Orders
If your order is marked "delivered" but you haven’t received it, check with neighbors and your mailbox. Sometimes packages are delivered to the wrong address or show up a day or two later. If you believe it’s lost or stolen, contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777 to file a claim. While we can’t be responsible for lost or stolen packages, we’ll assist in providing information for your claim.
